Quality Customer Service Committee

The Quality Customer Service Committee was set up in February 2001. The Committee is made of members of the CIÉ Group of Companies, the Department of Transport and the NDP Gender Equality Unit of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.

The Committee aims to encourage the acceleration of quality improvements in public transport across a range of measures including better information, publication of commitments set out in the customer charters, gender related issues and other customer focused improvements.
