Bus Éireann can confirm that a number of services on our commercial Expressway network are under review. These services are self-funded and not related to the services we operate under our Public Service Obligation (PSO) contract, for the State.

Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Paschal Donohoe TD, was in Limerick today (Monday) with the CEO of the National Transport Authority, Anne Graham and Regional Manager South-West, Bus Éireann, Miriam Flynn, to launch the Leap Card in the city.

To coincide with an Ulsterbus network fares increase planned for implementation on Monday, 16 February 2015, fares on jointly operated cross border Expressway services, Route X1 Dublin/Belfast and Route 33 Dublin/Derry, will also be increased on and from Monday 16th February 2015.
