Travel to London this Christmas from just €52 return with Bus Eireann’s Eurolines

Bus Éireann Eurolines is delighted to announce additional coach and ferry services from Dublin to Birmingham and London and return for the Christmas period. The additional services will run from 14 December until 13 January inclusive. They will complement the international coach company’s existing services on the route.

Customers travelling to and from Dublin over the Christmas should note that the additional Eurolines services added for the festive season will depart from Dublin (Busáras) at 20.00, and arrive in Birmingham city centre at 04.50 and London city centre at 08.15. The crossing will be aboard the Irish Ferries super-ferry “Ulysses” and is an ideal service for relatives and family members coming home for Christmas.

In addition to our service from Dublin to Birmingham and London we also provide a night-time coach and ferry service to Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford and Leeds.
Customers travelling from Cork and Waterford can avail of the Eurolines 890 service to Cardiff, Bristol and London via Rosslare Harbour.

These additional coach and ferry services give customers an ideal opportunity to travel home from Dublin for Christmas to Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds or London while saving money on their travel costs. The service is also ideal for customers planning on travelling over to Britain to see a Christmas show or visit a Christmas market over the festive season.

Customers travelling from Dublin should be aware that adult fares include two medium size suitcases and hand luggage with all taxes from just €52 return. Customers are advised that they must reserve seats in advance of travel and remember services on popular dates are filling up fast.

The additional services are a reflection of the growing popularity of coach and ferry travel. Customers can book tickets through Eurolines.ie. Connections are also available across 25 countries in Europe on the Eurolines coach network.

Customers should note there will be no service in either direction on 24, 25, 26 and 31 December 2012.

“Eurolines is delighted to partner with Irish Ferries to add additional services for our customers travelling from Dublin to Birmingham and London over the Christmas period. Christmas shoppers can benefit from a free luggage provision with no hidden travel tax or extra charges. We take the hassle out of travelling by letting you sit back, relax and enjoy getting to your destination in plenty of time”, said Rory Leahy, Eurolines Manager, Bus Éireann.
