Cork hero and world champion race walker Robert Heffernan launches New GoBé Cork-Dublin-Dublin Airport timetable

Operating using the GoBÉ brand, the service operates 96 times a week between Cork City (Parnell Place), Dublin (Busáras) and Dublin Airport with no stops in-between. The service takes just 3 hours from Cork City to Dublin City, and 3 hours and 20 minutes from Cork city to Dublin Airport.

Attending the launch at the Bus Éireann Depot at Parnell Place in Cork City was Cork hero and Gold medal winner Robert Heffernan who said it was great to have “An all Irish service that was so frequent and handy from the city into Dublin”. He also stated “when I’m not walking I’m using the GoBÉ service”. 

With an early morning service from Cork starting daily at 08.30, GoBÉ provides a great option for people wanting to make morning flights from Dublin Airport or early business meetings in the capital. Customers travelling from Dublin city to Cork should note it departs from Dublin Airport at 08.00 and Dublin city at 08.30.

In addition, customers can arrive to their destination relaxed and refreshed having travelled on 100% Irish owned, high comfort coaches equipped with free Wi-Fi, toilets, power sockets and extra legroom.

Adult Return fares online from Cork City to Dublin City cost just €22 return and from Cork City to Dublin Airport cost just €28. Customers are advised to book online at www.gobe.ie for the best value but alternatively customers can buy tickets for on-board the bus or at ticket vending machines located in Dublin Airport, Busáras, Dublin and Parnell Place Bus Station, Cork.

GoBé has added new additional services on Fridays and Sundays operating between Cork City and Dublin City to meet the growing demand of this service on these days. The additional services from Cork city depart at 13.30, 15.30 and 17.30. From Dublin city the additional services depart at 13.30, 17.30 and 19.30.

From Cork, GoBÉ operates daily at 08.30, 10.30, 12.30, 13.30 (Fri & Sun only) 14.30, 15.30 (Fri & Sun only) 16.30, 17.30 (Fri & Sun only) and 18.30.

From Dublin Airport, GoBé operates daily at 08.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16:00 and 18.00.

From Dublin City, GoBÉ operates daily at 08.30, 10.30, 12.30, 13.30 (Fri & Sun only) 14.30, 16.30, 17.30 (Fri & Sun only), 18.30 and 19.30 (Fri & Sun only).
