“Hometown” launch Change for Charity Schools CompetitionIreland’s newest boyband “Hometown” are launching an exciting schools competition for Change for Charity this Tuesday.

Louis Walsh’s latest troupe of heartthrobs will bring the nation’s public transport providers together in support of Change for Charity.  Vehicles from Dublin Bus, Bus Éireann and Iarnród Éireann will feature in the shoot as the CIÉ Group of Companies get on board to help beneficiaries Irish Heart Foundation, Society of St Vincent de Paul, Our Lady’s & St Francis Hospices, Irish Autism Action and Gaisce, The President’s Awards.

Change for Charity is challenging both primary and Transition year students across the country to collect as many 1c and 2c coins as possible for charity, and to get creative and innovative with their coins.

All participating schools will be in with a chance to win some amazing prizes including an all expenses paid class trip to Carlingford Adventure Centre, Co. Louth.
