Advice for customers seeking refunds during industrial action

Bus Éireann would like to apologise to customers for the inconvenience caused due to industrial action.

We ask that customers requesting refunds in respect of Taxsaver Annual & Monthly tickets and City Monthly Commuter tickets, wait until the industrial dispute has ended before applying for a refund in respect of these ticket types.

Requests for refunds in respect of all other ticket types will be dealt with as quickly as possible and will be considered subject to the conditions pertaining to the particular ticket type. Customers may apply for refunds by sending by contacting our Customer Care Team
