Free Shuttle for Bus Éireann Customers to the Sea Session Festival

Now in its fourth year, Sea Sessions looks set to be one of the biggest and brightest events to take place in Bundoran. Bundoran is located only two and a half hours away from Dublin. With something for everyone, it is situated on a beautiful seaside resort with scenic views of the Ben Bulben Mountains and Atlantic Ocean.

The Sea Session Surf Music Festival starts on Friday the 24th of June to Sunday the 26th of June. With three big stages, an array of talented musicians and a range of different extreme sporting activities, the Sea Sessions three-day event is something not to be missed. With surfing, partying, skating, music and fun, there is something to suit all ages and tastes.

In recent years Irish surfing has gained recognition with more and more people taking to the waves. This three-day festival will give vast exposure to some of the best surfers that Ireland has to offer.

Bus Éireann will be providing a free festival shuttle bus for customers travelling to the event from Ballyshannon to Bundoran.  On Friday the 24th of June buses will depart Dublin at 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00 to make sure that customers get to the festival in plenty of time. From Ballyshannon a free shuttle bus will depart at 12:20, 14:20, 16:20, 18:20 and 20:20.

If you have to get back on Sunday night, don’t worry you can still enjoy the final night and catch one of our late night/early morning departures from Ballyshannon departing at 01:20, 05:20 and 07:20. For people travelling back to Dublin on Sunday, there will be return services from Bundoran to Ballyshannon at 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00. If you are returning on Monday the 27th of June, return shuttle services depart from Bundoran at 09:00, 11:00 and 13:00.

The line-up includes Charles Bradley, Ziggy Marley, The Walls, Villagers, O Emperor, Surf Chixxx, BellX1, Ham Sandwich, and Grand Master Flash amongst many more. The Sea Session Festival is not just about music, it’s about fun, laughter, enjoyment and a great day out for family and friends.
