Status Red & Orange Weather Alert.

Bus Éireann wishes to advise customers that Met Éireann have announced a Status Red Rainfall warning for  Connacht, Donegal, Clare and Kerry from today, Friday, 4 December 2015 at 18.00 until Sunday, 6 December 2015 at 03.00.

We wish to advise all our School Transport customers that as this alert will not commence until 18.00 this evening, it should not affect School Transport services.

However, we would recommend that customers travelling West and South on our local and Expressway services travel as early as possible to avoid delays and possible disruptions.

Met Éireann has also issued a Status Orange Wind Warning from Friday, 4 December 2015 at 09:00 to Saturday, 5 December 2015 at 18:00 for Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo and Clare along with a Status Orange rainfall warning for Cavan, Clare, Cork and Limerick from Friday, 4 December 2015 at 21:00 to Sunday, 6 December 2015 at 03:00, which may affect our services.
