Travel to the Galway Races with Bus Éireann

The Galway Races kick of this Monday, 31 July 2017 and Bus Éireann is pleased to announce that once again, we will operate a Special Shuttle Service each day of the Festival!

Services will operate as follows:

Monday 31 July, Tuesday 1 August & Friday 4 August 2017

Our shuttle service will pick-up passengers at Eyre Square West from 14.00 and then every 15 minutes until last departure from Eyre Square at 19.00. The return service will depart the Racecourse at 19.00 and then every 15 minutes until last departure from Ballybrit at 21.30.

Wednesday 2 August, Thursday 3 August, Saturday 5 August & Sunday 6 August 2017

Our shuttle service will pick-up passengers at Eyre Square West from 11.00 and then every 15 minutes until last departure from Eyre Square at 16.45. The return service will depart the Racecourse at 17.00 and then every 15 minutes until last departure from Ballybrit at 20.30.

Tickets can be bought on the day – no reservation necessary – and cost €6 for an adult single & €9 return, and €3 single & €5 return for children.
