Cork Route 223, Roadworks R610 - Monkstown

Cork County Council has advised that a section of R610 Road – between Monkstown (at the intersection of L-2486) and the Intersection of the N28 will be closed to public traffic from 22.00 on Tuesday, 21 November 2017 to 06.00 on Wednesday, 22 November 2017 and from 22.00 on Wednesday, 22 November 2017 to 06.00 on Thursday, 23 November 2017

As a result, all Route 223 services will terminate at Monkstown for the duration of the closure.  Services will depart Monkstown at the scheduled departure for this bus stop.

A shuttle service will operate serving Haulbowline, Ringaskiddy, Barnahealy and Shanbally for the duration of the closure.  This will also connect with Route 223 services in Douglas Village.

Passengers travelling between Monkstown – Cork City will be unaffected by the closure.
