Ironman - Youghal affecting Cork Routes 40 and 260

We wish to advise customers in Cork that due to the Ironman event taking place in Youghal this weekend, Main street will be closed from Saturday, 22 June to Monday, 24 June 2019 to traffic.

As a result Routes 40 and 260 will operate as follows:

Saturday, 22 June 2019

Route 40 & 260:
Services from Cork City will operate as normal as far as Summerfield Cross, turn left and continue onwards and then turn right onto Cork Hill, then turn left onto Main Street and normal route thereafter. Services to Cork City will operate as above, but in reverse.

Sunday, 23 June 2019
Services on Sunday will operate to/from Pobal Scoil na Trionoide (near rugby club) where a shuttle bus will be transferring passengers to/from Main Street Youghal.

Route 40
Services from Cork City will operate as normal as far as Summerfield Cross, turn left and continue onwards and then turn right onto Cork Hill and then to the grounds of Pobal Scoil na Trionoide pick/up – drop/off passengers and then operate to the N25 continuing to Dungarvan/Waterford.
Services to Cork City will operate as above, but in reverse.

Route 260
Services from Cork City will operate as normal as far as Summerfield Cross, turn left and continue onwards and then turn right onto Cork Hill and then to the grounds of Pobal Scoil na Trionoide. Services to Cork City will operate as above, but in reverse.
