Road Closure affecting Cork Route 215

Cork City Council have advised that in order to facilitate footpath and pedestrian crossing works, the R617 Blarney (inbound) will be closed to traffic from its junction with Castle Close Lawn to its junction with the L2796 from Monday, 24 May to Friday, 28 May 2021 from 09:30 to 16:00 daily.

As a result Route 215 services inbound will operate as per normal route through Blarney Village, continue ahead on R617 to junction with L2794 (junction beyond Maxol Garage).
Turn right to L2794 continuing ahead via Castle Close Lawn to junction with N20.  At junction, turn left (signposted Mallow/Limerick), continue ahead to junction with R617, turning right and normal Route thereafter.

Outbound services are not affected by this closure.
