Bus Éireann cancel all services in Clare on Tuesday, 7 December

We wish to advise our customers that as a result of the red weather warning issued by Met Éireann and in the interests of the safety of our employees and customers, all Bus Éireann services in Clare will be suspended from 1pm on Tuesday, 7 December until 1am on Wednesday, 8 December. This cancellation will also apply to all routes operating into or out of the status red warning area including Expressway Route 51.

Services will be affected as follows:

Route 350:  The 07:15 Nogra – Galway & 17.00 Galway - Nogra will operate as normal.  All other route 350 services are cancelled

Expressway Route 51:  Services will operate between Galway and Limerick only with last departures of 13:05 from Galway and 13:25 from Limerick.

Routes 333, 336, 341 343, 343X and 345 will operate in Clare until 1pm and will be cancelled thereafter for the remainder of the day.

This decision is taken in the interests of our customers and staff, and following careful consideration of the advice of agencies co-ordinating a response to Storm Barra.  

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and will endeavour to recommence services earlier should the red weather warning be lifted earlier an expected. We will be advising customers of any further updates on www.buseireann.ie and on social media @buseireann, and local and regional media will receive any updates. 

We expect services to resume on Wednesday and we regret any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
