Cork Urban Network Service Enhancements

Bus Éireann in conjunction with the National Transport Authority (NTA) are pleased to announce the introduction of significant service enhancements to certain routes on the Cork Urban Network on Sunday, 13 January 2019. These enhancements will see service frequency double on Route 220 with minor changes to other routes

We wish to advise customers in Kerry that due to roadworks in Killorglin town from 16 January 2019 until Easter weekend, passengers should expect delays to services operating in and out of Killorglin for the duration of these works.

Cork County Council have advised that the R601 from the Primary School to the Abbey, Timoleague and also bridge between Timoleague and Courtmacsherry, will be closed to traffic from 08:00 on Monday, 7 January 2018 to 18:00 on Sunday, 13 March 2018.

Changes to Eurolines Services January 2019

The Eurolines Route 880 which currently operates 4 days a week from Dublin to Leeds via Bangor, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Bradford will cease in January 2019 - The final service departing Dublin will operate on Sunday, 6 January and depart Leeds on Monday, 7 January.

Bus Éireann will operate late night services this Christmas from Cork to Ballincollig, Blarney, Carrigaline & Midleton, each Friday & Saturday night, from Friday, 7 December until Saturday, 22 December 2018.
