Road Closure affecting Expressway Route X8 - expired

Cork County Council has advised that the M8 Northbound will be closed between J12 and J11 from 06.00 on Monday, 3 November 2014 to 12.00 on Sunday, 16 November 2014 to facilitate road works.

As a result Route X8 Cork/Dublin northbound services will operate as follows:

Services will exit onto the N73 at J12 Mitchelstown and then take the first exit off the roundabout and the third exit off the second roundabout onto the R639, continuing on the R639 to rejoin the M8 at J11 (second exit off the roundabout). 

Southbound services are unaffected.
