🔷 Routes: 216, 220A 🔷

As the Maryborough Bridge has been reopened, 216 and 220 services will revert to their basic routes and will operate via Lissadell and Broadale in both directions from now on.

Due to full closures of N28 until Tuesday 27/10/26, heavy traffic congestion in Douglas is expected.
Routes 206, 207, 216, 220, 220A and 223 may experience delays and may be subject to further detours. 

Passengers are advised to allow additional travel time and check website for further updates.

Cork City Council have advised, that due to resurfacing works, Pouladuff Road will be closed to traffic during the above timeframe. Therefore, route 203 will not be able to serve the following stops:

Towards Parklands:

Towards Manor Farm:

Road Closure Knockpogue Avenue

From: 17:00 Friday 23/10/2026

Until: 21:00 Sunday 01/11/2026

Cork City Council have advised, that due to resurfacing works, Knockpogue Avenue will be closed to traffic during the above timeframe. Therefore, routes 201 and 203 will not be able to serve the following stops while operating on diversion:

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that the celebration of the Drogheda Festival of Lights from Friday 23rd until Monday 26th October 2026 will affect Route 173 only on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October from 17:55 to 19:00.

The following stops will not be served:

•Dominick Street (stop 126251)

173 services will operate to and from the Bus Station during the road closure hours.

We wish to advise customers travelling on route 100X, 101X, 109A of the temporary relocation of the bus stop service inbound to Dublin:

We wish to advise customers travelling on route 101 of the temporary relocation of the bus stop in Balheary Park (Stop 3731 from Dublin to Drogheda and Stop 3750 from Drogheda to Dublin).

The bus stops will be temporarily relocated a few metres ahead to facilitate the works progress.
