Please note the following disruption to our services in the South East/Eastern region on Tuesday, 2nd December 2025:


*** Revised Busaras Night Departure Stops Arrangements – From Monday 01/12/2025

Please be advised that commencing from Monday, 01/12/2025, during the hours of 23:45 – 00:05, all Bus Éireann services will drop off at Gate 16.

Buses will park in Busaras without passengers and the bus station will remain closed to the public.

Departures will be from Gate 15 (front of the building).

Due to Uisce Éireann roadworks on Maunsells Rd., 24/7 until Friday, 12th December, services on Route 402 will not serve T.O'Higgins DIY Store or Maunsells Rd. Junction. Diversions are in place via Cooke's Corner and Mary's Rd.


Route S1
The S1 route will operate to an hourly frequency from 15:30 today.

>>> Potential disruptions to services due to march in Dublin Airport on Wednesday 3rd December 2025 

We wish to advise customers that a protest will take place in Dublin Airport on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.


The protest is expected to follow the route outlined below:

A gathering is scheduled for 4:00pm from Estuary Road, Swords, with a slow-moving convoy expected to begin at approximately 4:30pm towards Dublin Airport and M1 Interchange. 

Traffic disruption is expected during the evening peak period, affecting all services operating to and from Dublin City Centre. Gardaí will be present to assist with traffic management where possible.

We ask customers planning to travel to check our website as potential disruptions to services operating in Dublin Airport.

Passengers are advised to plan their journeys in advance and allow extra time as potential disruptions to services are expected.
