ROADWORKS 🚧⛔

Route 239 Butlerstown Services

Monday, 8th September 2025 to Monday, 15th September, 2025, incl.

Customers are advised that due to roadworks on R602, Route 239 Cork/Butlerstown services will operate on a diversion route via R603, between Old Chapel and Airegadeen.

The diversion route will be in place from 07:00hrs Monday, 8th September 2025 to 18:00hrs 15th September, 2025.


Route 40 & 257

Customers are advised that due to roadworks in Macroom, a diversion will be in place between 19:00hrs and 06:00hrs each weekday evening from Monday, 8th September to Friday, 12th September, 2025, incl.

Route 40 services from Tralee and Route 257 services from Killarney, when approaching Macroom from the western side will travel on the Macroom By Pass to the roundabout at the eastern side of Macroom town, to return to Macroom.

Route 40 services to Tralee and Route 257 services to Killarney will depart Macroom Depot, turning left to travel to the roundabout and will then join the Macroom by pass to resume journeys.

Passengers for Route 257 should note that the following bus stops on Millstreet Road will not be served during these times:
•219201 – The Hermitage
•219211 – The Hermitage
