Route 401

To facilitate E.S.B. ducting works at the new student accommodation on Queen Street, Galway City, inbound diversions are in place at the following times from Monday 17th November to Friday 21st November, 8pm to 5am.



Route 402
Due to Uisce Éireann roadworks on Maunsells Rd., 24/7 from Monday, 3rd November to Friday, 12th December services on Route 402 will not serve T.O'Higgins DIY Store or Maunsells Rd. Junction.

Diversions are in place via Cooke's Corner and Mary's Rd.

Route 175A 08:55 Cavan to Monaghan

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that roadworks on N54 (from Clones to Monaghan) will affect Route 175A and Route 65 from Monday, 17th November to Friday, 28th November 2025.

Route 65 – Services Affected:

Mon – Sat 
o16.36 ex Cavan (Saturday only) 
o16.42 ex Cavan (Monday to Friday)
o18.30 ex Monaghan (Monday to Thursday, and Saturday)
o18.00 ex Monaghan (Friday only) 

The following stops will not be served:
•Smithborough

Alternative stops:
•Clones
•Monaghan (Bus Station)

We wish to advise customers travelling on our services that the celebration of the Winterval Festival 2025 in Waterford City from Tuesday 11th November 2025 to Monday 5th January 2026 will affect Route W4.

W4, Brownes Road to Peter Street - The following stops will not be served:
•Ballybricken (stop 352721)
•Peter Street-Arundel Square (stop 353271)

Alternative stop:
•The Clock Tower (drop off stop 352011)


W4, Peter Street to Brownes Road - The following stop will not be served:

Alternative stop:
•Meagher’s Quay (drop off stop 352581)

>>> Road Closure in Gorey Town (Main Street – R772) affecting Route 2 on Saturday 22/11/2025

We wish to advise customers travelling on Route 2 that due to The Big Switch Christmas Lighting in Gorey Town, the Main Street (R772) will be closed from 16:30 to 21:00 on Saturday 22nd November 2025.

The following stops will not be served:
•From Wexford: Main Street – Whitmore Jewellers (bus stop 355121) 
•From Dublin Airport: Clones: Main Street – Gerry's Supermarket (bus stop 355531)

Alternative stops:
The alternative bus stops will be situated on (R741) The Avenue, front of Gorey Post Office (passengers for Dublin) & Opposite Post office (passengers for Wexford).

Impacted services:
• From Wexford – from 15:00 to 18:30.
• From Dublin Airport – from 15:00 to 19:00.
