🚧 ROADWORKS 🚧

*Route 214 & 216*

WANDESFORD QUAY (242741)

Customers are advised that due to the closure of Clarke’s Bridge for roadworks, Bus Stop 242741, Wandesford Quay will be closed 20:00hrs Monday, 10th November, until 06:00hrs Tuesday, 11th November, 2025.

Route 214 and Route 216 will operate on a diversion route via St. Finbarr’s Bridge; Western Road; Mardyke Street; Dyke Parade/Sheare’s Street during this time.

Please go to Bus Stop 284791 Sharman Crawford Street to access Route 214 & 216.
Due to ongoing roadworks on Bishops Street, it is necessary to temporarily relocate Bus Stop 284141, St. Finbarr’s Cathedral, as and from Tuesday, 4th November, 2025 for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

The bus stop will be moved approximately 40mtrs west, towards the junction of Bishops Street and Sharman Crawford Street and a temporary bus stop sign will be in place.


*Route 257*

Kerry County Council have advised that N72 between Rathmore and Barraduff will be closed to traffic from 19:00hrs to 07:00hrs each day, from Tuesday, 11th November, to Thursday, 13th November (which runs into Friday morning, 14th November).

As a result Route 257 will operate between Macroom/Millstreet/Rathmore only.

** 19:55 Macroom/Killarney will operate to Rathmore only and will not serve Barraduff and Killarney.**

·       21:00 Killarney/Millstreet will operate between Rathmore and Millstreet only.

·       21:45 Millstreet/Killarney will operate to Rathmore only
