>>> Route 100X, 133, 103X, and 105X Dublin City Centre – Budget Day 2026 Tuesday 6 October 2026

Due to Budget Day, An Garda Síochána will implement road closures in Dublin City Centre from 22:00 on Monday 5 October until 23:55 on Tuesday 6 October 2026.

Kildare Street, Molesworth Street, Merrion Square West and Merrion Square South will be closed during this period.

Customers are advised that delays and diversions may affect a number of Bus Éireann and Expressway services.
Please allow additional time for your journey.

** Route 100X
Route 100X will operate to/from Custom House Quay during the road closures.

* Dublin to Dundalk:
Holles Street – Stop 493 – not served
Clare Street – Stop 100041 – not served
Westland Row – Stop 100111 – not served

Alternative stop: Custom House Quay – Stop 135271

* Dundalk to Dublin:
South Townsend Street – Stop 341 – not served
Westland Row Church – Stop 111761 – not served
Merrion Square West – Stop 211521 – not served
Merrion Square South – Stop 7387 – not served

** Route 133

* Dublin to Wicklow:
Route 133 will operate via Merrion Square North/East and Baggot Street.
Merrion Street – Stop 2811 will not be served.

Alternative stop: Fitzwilliam Place – Stop 846.

* Wicklow to Dublin:
Route 133 will operate via Dawson Street, College Green, O’Connell Bridge, Eden Quay and Beresford Place to Busáras.
Westland Row – Stop 100111 will not be served.

Alternative stops:
Dawson Street – Stop 135331
Busáras – Stop 135001

** Routes 103X / 105X

Delays may occur.
For services travelling from Duleek/Navan towards Dublin, Merrion Row – Stop 104611 will not be served.
Alternative drop-off: Dublin Bus stop on Nassau Street.

** Routes 101X, 111X and NX
Delays may occur due to the road closures and increased traffic in Dublin City Centre.

Customers are advised to allow additional time for their journey and check the Bus Éireann website and TFI Live for the latest service information before travelling.
