Road Closure affecting Expressway Route 40

Cork County Council have advised that N22 will be closed from junction with R582 (Millstreet Junction) to junction with L3409 (Clondrohid Road), Ballymakeera between 09:30 and 16:30 daily, from Monday 22 June to Thursday, 25 June 2020.

Route 40, Cork to Tralee will operate as per normal Route to Macroom and then turn off for Millstreet and continue ahead to junction with L3409 (Clondrohid Road) and continue ahead to junction with N22 at Ballymakeera, turning right at junction on to N22 and normal Route thereafter.

From Tralee to Cork, services will operate as per normal Route to Ballymakeera and at junction with L3409 (Clondrohid Road) turn left on to L3409 and continue ahead to junction with R582 (Millstreet Road), turning right on to R582, continuing to Macroom and normal Route thereafter.
